Tech Zippers: Return & Refund Policy

At Tech Zippers, we believe in transparency and absolute customer confidence. Our policy is designed to be straightforward, fair, and fast.


1. Open Parcel Inspection

To ensure total peace of mind, we offer Open Parcel Delivery.

  • Action: You are encouraged to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery agent.

  • Right of Refusal: If the item is physically damaged, incorrect, or missing components at the time of delivery, you may refuse the package immediately. This triggers an automatic replacement or refund process.

2. Returns & Replacements

If you discover an issue after delivery, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a request.

  • Eligibility: The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Manufacturing Defects: We provide a Full Replacement at no extra cost if the product is found to be functionally defective.

  • Change of Mind: If the product is unopened and in its original seal, you may return it for a full refund (shipping fees may apply)

3. Full Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team:

  • Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds are processed immediately to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: While we process refunds within 48 hours, please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.


Note: Any item that is returned damaged through customer misuse, missing parts, or in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
