  • Verification: We reserve the right to contact customers via our official number (0310-4455594) to verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before dispatch.

  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at the time of the order.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective electronic item, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Conditions: For a return to be processed, the item must be in its original packaging (including all accessories like charging cables and manuals).

Tech Zippers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products, including but not limited to electronic malfunctions or shipping delays caused by third-party couriers.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
